Cancellation and Returns Policy
 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order for products:

  • if your items have already shipped, you can return items for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange minus shipping and handling. The costs of returning goods to us are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid minus shipping and handling or an exchange credit as required. The rights to return items will not apply to products that have been customized specifically for you or in the event that the product has been used or in the case of DVDs opened. Defective DVDs will be exchanged.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAMPS, CLINICS, BDAY and FITNESS PARTIES.

You can cancel your registration for Camps and Clinics and other events requiring pre-registration before one week prior for a refund minus 25% of the fees paid. Fees paid for meals and/or housing are non-refundable. After one week prior to the event a cancellation will forfeit all fees. Birthday and Fitness parties are non refundable once the the reservation is booked, due to the facility space commitment to the party.  This policy is strict since we financially commit to the coaches, accommodations, and outside facilities.
